Great machine. I think it has helped mu balance, and I think it has also helped me to relax before bedtime. I'd certainly buy it again, and in fact I also recently purchased a Waver. Also a great machine.

I purchased this to help with lymphatic drainage. I’ve been trying to use it every evening. This seems to really loosen my body up and I feel very relaxed afterword. It definitely engages your muscles and I feel like it helps with bloating. I haven’t exercised yet on it as I am trying to get used to it, but I am excited to. So far, it seems promising!

I just received my Waver Mini today and I've already used it to help ease sore neck and shoulder muscles before bed. I can't wait to get into the programs for lymphatic drainage as well as muscle toning and increased bone density!
