I’m 73 and after a life of skiing, running and other outdoor activities have a lot of arthritis and 2 torn rotator cuffs. Consequently, I’ve gradually found myself sitting on my duff way too frequently causing muscles to become stiff. Enter my “jiggle” plate and exit much of my stiffness. Love this. Only complaint is the motion causes the cord that supplies electricity to the plate to jiggle loose causing the plate to stop. Picture is when I first received this and started in a sitting position. Within a day I progressed to standing with a high intensity of jiggle.
