I have not been exercising much, trying this out and ot feels good so far. I got a little dizzy when i tried the hugher speeds though.

Great vibration plate!

I’ve bought a half dozen ones before this one. This one is sturdy, strong, and stable. Others were noisy, felt like they’d break just from turning on. Not this one. I feel I can actually work out on it. I love the flat surface with the grip so you can stand wide or narrow and still feel stable. Love it!

Kidney stones

I get kidney stones all the time and this machine is great for shaking them up so they don’t get too big so they continue to pass used to use when they had them at the gym. I have went home now.

I’ve only had this a few days and I really like it so far. I use it for 5-10 mins and find I feel light and great afterwards. Looking forward to continuing to use it.
