My fitness Christmas gift

I received this as a Christmas gift for me and my husband. We have now opened it now that we are home and all family gone. We are 85 and 86 years old. We are excited to set up and improve out health.

The waver, mini whole body vibration platform

I am impressed by the waver mini whole body vibration exercising platform. I’m 254 pounds and the machine is sturdy, and durable. I have noticed that within a couple of days of usage, I can tell the difference in my legs. It’s a great machine, and well worth the purchase.

Enjoying the experience so far - definitely feel more energized after using it for a 15 min program. Appreciate the pre programmed settings for varying the speed on a set time without having to do it manually.
