It was easy to set up and use. There’s great variety in the programmes so your body doesn’t get used to it. I’ve been using during my stretches and squats. Ask me again in a month or two (hence only 4 stars).

Loving the plate!

I’ve had my vibration plate for almost a month now. It has offered me great benefits so far. It helps me relax sore muscles from working out, it helps me jump start my day giving me more energy. It also helps with digestion! I will continue to use daily as a supplement to my ongoing exercise and healthy diet regime. Thank you!
