After borrowing a friend’s vibration plate for a week, I had to have my own. It is easy to use, provides challenging levels, and I am hopeful that my bone density will improve with regular use of the plate.

Waver mini is small, but seems to be effective. I have noticeably less puffiness under my eyes and face. My sensory seeking children also enjoy standing on it.

From arrival, I've used my waver mini for 20 minutes daily for a week. I have Parkinson's & so far I feel much better after use. It has improved circulation & mobility. I can't wait to try all the different programs!
