So far I've enjoyed my vibration plate, it is equally relaxing and decompressing. We shall see if I experience any long term results. Would recommend!

I just set it up so time will tell but it was easy to set up and there’s lots of options for different speeds and programs. It seems well built. So far I like it.

Received the waver mini as a Christmas gift. So far I like it. It’s quiet once going. It would be great if the beeps to change the settings could be muted though.
