It doesn’t have to be complicated

Just got my vibration plate! I am incorporating it into my morning routine which includes skincare, manifestation/mantras, oil pulling/teeth brushing, all in front of the bathroom mirror while I jiggle jiggle. Which rocks, because the idea of standing for 15 minutes mindlessly isn’t awful, but working it into a 15 minutes morning reset I already do is seamless! Follow this up with a workout and my day is golden. I have used it two times. I’m excited! Eventually, I think I can incorporate another 15 minutes similarly in the evening. I just don’t know if I would be able to do it before bed without getting too amped ha. I am an 36 f and about as unsophisticated as they come ? If I can do it, you more than likely can too.
