difficult to operate

I'm used to using in PT. The you tubes are numerous and sometimes difficult to follow..
I find getting used to the remote vs the machine is confusing. As is the explanation about manuel vs PO set routines.

This has been nice to use on days when I am low spoons and wouldn't be doing much movement. I also love how it gets the lymph moving. I was surprised to see how strong it is, even at level 1.

I just received the waver mini and have completed my first session. I am pleased with the quality of construction. I worried after I ordered it that it would be too small and not forceful enough. It is perfect! I highly recommend this unit.

I honestly felt the effects after just one use! I’ve been using 2 times a day (morning and night) for about a week now and not only does my back feel better, but I feel much more limber and feel more stretched too!
