I am very pleased with my vibration plates.
I ordered a full size plate and have been enjoying it as it is seems to be helpful with the swelling and pain in my knees.
I feel better over all when I use it.
My first one quit working about 5 months in.
You promptly replaced it.
I ordered a mini waver a few weeks later so I can take it with me when I travel.

I'm excited to use this plate with hopes it will improve my balance and strengthen my legs. At my age of 77 this enhancement to my exercise routine will be beneficial.
