I have only had this plate for a few days but I love the convenience and how I feel afterwards. I have used these in my doctor's office and I am excited to be able to have this at home and the get the results I want without having to leave the house.

Loving my new mini!

I decided to try the life pro waiver mini after watching several physical therapist speak about the vibration platform technology. I am a 74-year-old active woman with some chronic back pain and other myofacial difficulties. I am also at risk for osteopenia/osteoporosis. I can’t do jumping exercises so I am happy to know that this technology can help promote bone health as well as many other aspects of fitness.
