Got the Waver mini to help my lipedema legs with lymphatic flow. Liked it so much I convinced my husband to use it after long days on his feet. Im holding less fluid and his feet and ankles are less sore! A win/win!

I bought this with the intention of using it for lymphatic drainage support, and it does so much more than just that! There as various programs you can choose from depending on your health goals (drainage, bone density support, weight loss, etc.) I’m enjoying the first 3 programs so far. My legs do get very itchy after about 4 minutes of use— I’m hoping my body acclimates over time. The itchiness is also something that happens with my face and shoulders with their percussion massager after a certain period of time.
