This is my second purchase of the Lipro vibration plate. Purchased the mini vibration plate for my bedroom when I get up in the morning, I use it to get my day started. Love it!

I haven't had the opportunity to use it enough. It is heavy for me to pick up and carry. So I slide or push (in the box it came in) to location and then pick it up to put on the floor.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and it was recommended to use a vibration plate to help maintain and reestablish my bone density. I really enjoy this just 5 minutes before a workout. great product

AMAZING FIRST WEEK

my husband suffers with a lot of pain in his shoulders and through his upper back. Within a matter of two days, most of his pain was gone and the freedom of motion increased hugely. Well worth the money three days after we got it. Thank you.
