Increase Bone Density and Circulation

I bought this one for the convenience of home use so I wouldn't have to get out in the winter to go to the gym. Within 4 months my bone density improved and I noticed the beginning of Vericose Veins have completely disappeared. If I don't use this regularly- my back, hip and knee start to ache. It's not noisy. I live in an upstairs apartment and my neighbors have never complained. I recommend this for anyone who has Osteoporosis, bone and joint pain or circulation problems.

This mini waver is a lot larger than I imagined, but holds a punch beyond belief. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to get healthy in many ways. I felt the workout after stepping on this machine for the first 10 minutes.

I bought this with the hopes of restarting my health journey. Chronic pain and fatigue have plagued me for years, so I needed something to help get me back on a path to mobility. I am a very skeptical person, but I am also willing to give anything a try. I haven't used very long, only a couple weeks, so I haven't noticed any big changes such as weight loss or fatigue. However, I was surprised that I noticed improvement in the pain from plantar fasciitis. This is a big deal for anyone who has ever experienced this ailment. I am hopeful that with longer use I will see other benefits.
