Increase Bone Density and Circulation

I bought this one for the convenience of home use so I wouldn't have to get out in the winter to go to the gym. Within 4 months my bone density improved and I noticed the beginning of Vericose Veins have completely disappeared. If I don't use this regularly- my back, hip and knee start to ache. It's not noisy. I live in an upstairs apartment and my neighbors have never complained. I recommend this for anyone who has Osteoporosis, bone and joint pain or circulation problems.
