70 and going strong!

I am a vibrant 70 yr old woman working at keeping up with my active lifestyle. This mini waver is amazing! My joints feel better, my body is more tone and my seem less pronounced. I incorporated a daily 15 minute routine to my day. My 76 year old husband is using it too. He says it is helping him with his sciatica.
