I was looking for something that had some health benefits while also making exercise sessions more interesting. I've used it twice a day for the last few days since it arrived. It gets a "check plus" for the "more intersting" criterion, and that provides motivation to keep usimg it.

Received my wave mini last week but went on vacation. Returned this weekend and just started using it today. The vibration is awesome! Not itching like some have said but I started at only 5 minutes. Going to slowly increase my time. Can’t wait to see any results I get. I bought this for my bone density. Let’s hope it helps!
