Had a different brand name vibration plate, just purchased a Life Pro and it's so much powerful and intense vibration then the other brand I had. I love it!

This is a great addition to my workout routine. I can’t wait to keep exploring new ways to use my Mini Waiver. My only disappointment; I wanted the Romblex but don’t have the place for it and it’s too heavy to move on a regular basis.
