Loving my new mini shaker. So easy to use, and set different levels/ times and programs. Great that it came with some mini bands to use and some workout ideas. Been doing it almost every day and feeling great.!

I've only had it for 3 days, but so far I am feeling some joint pain relief and already feeling some strength in my back. My husband is enjoying it also and said his restless leg symptoms have been gone for 2 nights. I have high hopes! We have been doing three 10 minute sessions daily in low power range so far.

I received the mini version a few days ago and started using it right away. It's perfect for our small space. I have already noticed the difference it makes when using it regularly. I can't wait to see more results along the way.
