My friends chiropractor had suggested she try the vibration plate, she orderwd one and loves it. She let me try itand liked it so I ordered one. I hope I like it as much as she does.

I've just completed my first program on the Lifepro Waver Mini and it reduced my swollen knee which meant I was able to go for a walk pain free! My daughter had a go too and it relieved her constipation, which she was very thankful for. Looking forward to working our way through the programs and see what other health benefits it brings us.
