I just received the vibration plate, I turned it on and used it for 10 mins. For far everything looks like it works as it should. I'm registering my product for the warranty.

It’s only been seven days, but it does seem to be helping with my pain and it is good to get up and to be shaken. I know that might seem like a silly comment, but when you are frozen in pain, the vibration can be soothing after you get up over the shock…lol

I had been looking for an easy, no-impact workout that my mom would be willing to do to help with balance and mobility. She tried the Waver Mini I bought and said she could commit to doing it a few times a week for a few minutes each time. Success!

I purchased this for my office at work since I sit all day. Just took it out of the box and think I will love it. Already feels great on just the lowest setting. Quiet too!
