This mini vibration platform is life changing!! The only thing I don't like about it is the volume of the control panel, which can't be muted, but really it's hardly worth complaining about.

Love it so far

Easy to set up and finished my 1st session. It was harder than I thought to do 15 minutes. I could really feel my muscles working to maintain balance. I felt amazing afterwards. My back pain was much better and I felt really relaxed. My doctor recommended it for hopefully keeping my bone density in the normal range without meds. Time will tell on that.
