It's good quality and comes with a user manual. It feels great. The only drawback is the poor quality of the remote control.

Just received and confirmed it works! Glad I bought the mini version! It's h7ge so I can't imagine what the regular size is! Will update once I've used for a while!

Immediately felt the reflexive reaction on the stabilizer muscles, which help align the joints properly and allow the prime movers to function more effectively. Upset at myself for not getting this sooner

I already owned the waver and the 4D vibration plates. I purchased this one on sale due to the portability of it so I can move it more easily and it is much easier to put up to use for my arms. I also wanted one that I can bring with me on road trips to use when traveling. This is still heavy but I could bring it in the car if I wanted to. I’m happy with it.

Life Pro mini vibration plate

This is my second purchase. I keep one under my desk , where I spend most of my time, and use it 2-3 times per day. The new one is in my bedroom. I stand on it and use it first thing in the morning.
