Vibration for Lymphedema & Lipedema

I have Lymphedema and Lipedema and it was highly recommended by my Lymphedema therapist that I try using a vibration plate to help move all the fluid in my arms and legs. I just got it two days ago and so far so good. Thank you for making such a great quality product.

I have only tried it twice as I have only had it for two days. So far I really like it. I felt really good after vibrating. As I get stronger I will try doing more with it. I am really impressed with such a great quality product. Thank you.

I LOVE my vibration plate! I play a lot of pickleball so I have sore knees and a sore hip. Maybe I should say I “HAD” !!
I love my workouts on this great plate! I lift weights and do squats while on it.
