I really recommend this vibration plate to anyone suffering from fibromyalgia pain or muscle stiffness. It has worked great for me, helping me manage my pain, and I am also building muscle at the same time!

Absolutely a necessity while working in a sitting position for 8hrs. I use my plate e ery hour in the hour if not a little more while at work and my legs/hips are not stiff and sore when getting up to walk!!!! Huge difference!!!!
