Love it from first use

I’ve used the mini waver for a few days now and am sore so may have to skip a few days. It’s quiet and the mini is not too small either it’s a perfect size for me. Upon first use I was very relaxed and felt like I had a full body massage I actually fell asleep. I think I’ll take it easy and use it 3 times a week instead of everyday but I keep wanting to use it everyday. I suffer from chronic back and hip pain so have to use with caution. I would recommend not using everyday to start with as your body needs to acclimatise to the vibrations. Overall I am very happy with the mini waver but need more time to see if it benefits me or I may need different settings from an upgraded plate to suit my needs. Buy it but use with caution.

I'm new to all of this, early 50's and out of shape after thyroid surgery and other complications. This is bar far the best workout I've had in a very long time. It actually relaxes me, but when I'm done I feel it in my whole body... cannot really describe it, but it is definitely doing something. I recommend...
