I stand all day at work, and this helps increase my circulation and relieve pain and pressure from standing. I can feel a difference within just a couple minutes! The program settings make it so easy to use. Depending on my goals I simply stand on it, sit, or use it for workout moves. It’s so amazing!

Have used it 2x so far for 10 minutes in the mornings to detox my pathways, regulate my nervous system, lymphatic drainage, etc cant wait to see long term results but immediately it makes you feel great

Better than the rest

I have tried several of these vibration plates, and this one has more power than the others. My one complaint is that it has a really loud beeping noise at the beginning and at the end that you cannot shut off. When I am exercising before my kids get up it sometimes wakes them. Not cool.
