I just got my vibration plate, and immediately set it up and used it! I loved the way my legs felt after my first 10 minute session, and can't wait to use it again!

So far I have used the plate once and I definitely felt my muscles right after. I am hoping as I increase my time on it (starting out slow) I will start to feel and see results!

Good bye to leg cramps at night.

I won't be surprised if it helps with leg/foot neuropathy the way it helps reduce night-time leg cramps. I know most buy it for work-out. I am 84 and have a whole different approach thanks to my PT.
