It really helps my whole body

I stand on it every day for the 15 minutes and I’m received from pain and stiffness. Also all swelling and knee pain in my legs from a total knee replacement.

Still trying to decide if this is going to work. This is extremely heavy and I ordered several of them as gifts, but I think I’m going to have to to return a couple because there’s no way the person that I got them for will be able to even move this! Very heavy, just be fair warned!

Love, love, love this LifePro waver mini vibration plate. I feel energized after using it. I’m 75 years old and have lots of aches and pains, but I feel so much better after going through the programs.
