Perfect for what I needed

So happy with this product. It is easy to use and the preset programs get you up and running quickly. I had lymph nodes removed and my P/T recommended I get something like this. Other brands did not specify that it can be used for lymph system health, but this one actually recommended specific pre-set programs. Glad it does not have "bumps" on the surface. It is much more multi-functional that way. I've done 20 minutes a day for a week so far and I feel it helps my recovery as well as back pain I've had for years.

I was eager to try the Waver Mini the day it arrived, and I started with the beginner settings as recommended, using it for the first time right before bed. I typically wake up with significant pain, usually ranging from an 8 to 10 on the pain scale. However, after just one session, I woke up the next morning feeling much better—my pain was down to about a 5 or 6!
This device is a game-changer for anyone who’s been active in the past but is struggling with injuries and finding it hard to get back into a workout routine. It’s easy to use, and the results after just one use were encouraging.
I’ll continue using it and plan to update this review in a few months with a more thorough evaluation. If it helps me get back to the gym, this truly might be a miracle tool. For now, I’d definitely recommend it to others in a similar situation!

I wasn't quite sure about the vibration plate for me because I have major motion sickness. I have been taking Dramamine to help me until my body gets used to the vibration plate. So far so good. I am really enjoying my WavePro mini so far and am looking forward to many of the health benefits.
