Quite heavy so there is little plastic. Allows for numerous exercises. Glad I bought it.

This is quite heavy so there is not a lot of plastic in it. The manual is easy to understand. I bought the poster also. Quite a few exercises an old senior like myself can do which include sitting on it or laying on the floor with my calves on it or doing a modified pushup on it. Happy I bought it.

Only used it for a short while, but I like it. It helps when I'm sore and aching, it's like a massage, and depending on the speed it targets different spots. I have yet to use it while exercising, but I plan to use it fully.
