The Mini Waver Vibration plate arrived quickly and in good shape. My husband and I have only had a chance to use it once and so far so good! Looking forward to adding it into my routine!

I hike, pay pickle ball, spin, lift weights and walk with a 12lb. Weight vest…. not all at once of course but these are my activities throughout the week!
I am amazed that 10 minutes on this device can make such a difference in how energized I feel!

Easy to get started. Wish there was more attention given to laying out an exercise program. Not very clear on what to do. Had to watch a bunch of YouTube videos to get an idea of how to use.

Best workout without a workout.

I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, a twisted pelvis, bursitis in both shoulders and neuropathy. This has been a lifesaver for my body internally. Keeps my bowels moving, revitalizes my muscles daily and gives me time to focus on what I need to do in my life by entertaining my ADHD with the programmed workouts. THIS IS A MUST HAVE! My mom just ordered herself one.
