I just got this and have used it once. So there’s not much to say at this point. I am 74 and wasn’t sure this product would be good for my age group. However after using it once I think it will work out just fine.

This is quite heavy so there is not a lot of plastic in it. The manual is easy to understand. I bought the poster also. Quite a few exercises an old senior like myself can do which include sitting on it or laying on the floor with my calves on it or doing a modified pushup on it. Happy I bought it.
