My trainer bought this vibrating plate and we used it 12 times so far (3 weeks). It is so good that I bought my own. Basically, I have neuropathy, PAD - Peripheral Artery Disease, Diabetes, SVD - small vessel disease, and veinous insufficiency with Edema. All of these have significantly improved, Edema is gone, veinous insufficiency is no longer detectable and I have 40% sensation back in my feet. Very impressive for just 3 weeks. Thank you.

Calming tool

We got the life pro waiver mini as a nervous system tool for stress release and calm. It feels great to be on a definitely helps with lymphatic drainage. It’s easy to use and the time in it goes by so fast. It’s too soon to tell if it will have results for strength or workout enhancement but it felt great to go through stretches on it and it relieved muscle soreness from workouts.
