I just tried it a few minutes after unpacking…but really like it!! I have both knees replaced and both hips replaced and large legs with lymphadema now….so praying this helps strengthen muscles and pain…and reduce my lymphodema….easy does it for me and lowest setting

Toxins stirring!

I just opened the box and set up the mini waiver today and thus far this machine is great. I felt the toxins stirring as soon as 3 minutes or so after stepping on to it.

The beeping is ridiculously loud and completely unnecessary.
It's very strong compared to the regular size vibration plate. It's good but has a tendency to push you back.
Remove the loud beeping!

This is a great machine ..however if you have disc and lower back issues you should pass.
