My wife and I are in our 80’s and really enjoy the daily sessions on the vibration unit doing pushups, planking and stretching. A great way to start our day.

We found that over the last week our backs are pain free and there’s a sense that the Lifepro is responsible. We’ve also noticed that it burns significant amount of calories for each 15 minute perid.

I love the machine and it really helps my back.
One little thing is that the power plug that goes into the machine keeps working itself loose.
