Love the jiggle

I have been dealing with 2 toes that go numb and after using this vibration plate, I do feel better, the numbness does come back but I hope in time this is a fix!

Exactly What I Was Looking For

This vibration plate is a great size, came with a variety of resistance bands, and is exactly what I was looking for. The compact size lets me slide it in and out of sight easily, but around for continuous use. At a great price point, I’d definitely recommend.

Strong Bones!

My doctor at my clinic for osteoporosis and bone health in Fort Worth, Texas recommended a vibration plate to combat my osteoporosis. I am a 71 year old female and can attest that my bone density improved while using this machine. Plus it feels really good!
