Not much to say yet since I haven't tried but you make me complete this in order to register my warranty. So will give 1 star for making this process to register require a review without having the opportunity to try the product!

I was looking for a vibration plate, after hearing about the benefits of using one. After using this plate for a few minutes, I can definitely tell this will be something that will be beneficial in my weight loss journey.
