Mother likes it for passive leg exercise benefits

This was a gift to my mother who has mobility issues. She loves it for the convenience, passive exercise while watching TV. This should help strengthen her leg muscles for improved balance. I just started using the lifepro mini vibration plate. Although it is too soon to see any significant results or changes, I do love the feeling of it. It feels like every cell in my body needs the vibrations. My body aches and pains every morning upon waking have also decreased.
