Vibration plate really works

I love my vibration plate. I use it to help my pain and it helps so much. If I hurt all over before bedtime, I stand on it before I go to sleep, I am able to sleep without taking medicine and I call that a win.

I wanted to shake plate to help with lymphatic drainage. I’ve seen a decrease in puffiness in the short period that I’ve had it. Would recommend.
