Bone density help

When I spoke with my doctor about the effects of long-term steroid therapy, our conversation naturally led to bone density loss. He said after doing research, he got a waiver mini vibration plate for his mother after she fell and broke her hip. He strongly recommended it as a preventative for me. I've been using it ever since.

Love my waver Mini! I purchased on as my "Christmas present to myself" on my chiropractor's recommendation. It's really helped my arthritis, balance and strengthened my leg muscles. What a great gift to a 72 year old! I'm also hoping for a positive reading on a bone density scan in 2025. Thank you for making a wonderful, affordable and easy to use product!

Vibration Plate

I love my mini waver!! I have used it everyday, once in the morning and once before bed, and it is so relaxing! Already I can tell a difference in my joint pain, reduction of Bain/shoulder/neck pain, and my constipation issues are a non issue. I love the calming sensation of the vibrations! Thanks LifePro!
