Love my plate!!

So I decided to get this plate because it was on sale and I was on the fence. I decided on the mini because it had different programs and less thinking involved. It’s been great! I try to start my day with a 15 minute program. Can just feel the muffin too wiggle. ?

I've only had this a few weeks, but using the arm curl strap, I can already see definition in my arms. I will love the results. I need to try and find this website with actual videos. I need to up my game.
