Just started out with the Mini Pro and so far, I've only tried 2 settings. I will have a better opinion after a month of using it as directed. Totally different feeling during and after using it.

I use this everyday since getting it for Christmas. I have been trying different ways by watching YouTube tutorials. Still learning to keep my balance, but my legs feel stronger already and feel more balanced overall. I love it! Highly recommend!
