My Pilates trainer has been using this with me and I decided to get one of my own for home use. Great to start out a workout and get grounded and really engage the core and balance before proceeding to my Pilates workout. Going to incorporate it at home to with my strength workouts and hopefully impact bone strength as well.

I just got my life pro and I am so impressed with this company right off the bat! My experience with just opening the box was incredible. Right when I opened it there was a letter from the co founder thanking me for my purchase. And there is so much information letting me know step by step how to use it. How to resister for the lifetime warranty and all the benefits I can get from using it. And how to get a hold of them if I need anything! I already feel the support from them. I am so excited to use this. I’ve always known that this can help with so many things. Can’t wait to feel and see the results.

Changing my life

For Christmas I got a Lifepro vibration plate. I sit down, place my feet on the plate, which sends vibrations up my legs. Very calming! It should strengthen my muscles, increase blood flow and reduce inflammation! I can’t stand on it, as my afib is affected. I checked with my doctor, as suggested, and she is fine, as long as I sit.
A funny Eddie story
Had to share this. As I am using life pro, jealous my dog Eddie puts his blue ball on the plate and watches it bounce around! Crazy ? pup! Then he sits on my lap, enjoying the vibrations!
