When I read the description of this product, I thought it would be “mini” in size. With me being only 125 pounds, this size feels like a full size plate to me. For this to be a mini size plate, it is very powerful and the vibrations are strong. The operation is not too loud either. I already feel a difference in my legs after the very first use. I’m looking forward to continuing to use this product. I’m also very eager to see the results!
