Love this. I use it at my Pilates studio and wanted one for home. I’m 76 and am trying to stay fit and reduce age related muscle loss. Also, love the idea that it helps regulate the Vagus nerve.

Love this vibration plate

I have the waver for our residence and the mini waver for our vacation residence. It has helped so much with my circulation. My legs get very jumpy at night . Helps balance, inflammation just overall feel better since I purchased. My family now enjoys it too.

Tried for the first time today and I immediately noticed a difference in back pain. Not a miracle cure but definitely worth the investment. Will update after a few weeks.
