Just used this once so far. Very easy setup and easy to store away. Tried it for 15 minutes for the first time and it was pretty easy to use.

Bought this after my trainer introduced this into our Pilates training. Loved the way it made my body feel. It was a great way to center and ground myself and engage balancing before doing my pilates session. Hope to add it to my strength training at home and also to improve bone density.
