I received this item as a gift and am satisfied that it is a quality product. It is too soon to give it a review for physical fitness but I'm sure I will enjoy using it. It is easy to use and feels energizing when I am done with my beginners exercise.

I was so surprised how powerful the mini is for its size! I’ve used it 3 times and so far I love it! I love that it came with resistance bands and access to workout videos! I’m very excited to see how I progress using it!

Great Rehabilitation

Love this machine. Coming off a major surgery and trying to get back in shape. After surgery I had varicose veins started. Just one month and they disappeared. Really helpful during the winter when I can't get out as much as I would like. Really recommend this machine!!
