So far, so good! I definitely felt the tingling the most during the first use, which let me know it was working. I like using it in the morning, evening, or really anytime—it fits easily into my routine, especially with a desk job. I’m a very active person, but sitting all day can still take a toll, and this has been great for lymphatic drainage and keeping me feeling good.

I got “the jiggler” as my kids call it for two reasons: 1) I roll my ankles often and wanted something to help with proprioception to strengthen them and 2) all my kids have sensory needs. So far, we have ALL benefitted from The Jiggler! I will certainly consider getting some lights soon so my kids can get the sensory input while receiving the added benefit of the lights. We also use the Rezzimax while on the vibration plate for added sensory input.
