Makes my Plantar fasciitis pain melt away.

Just standing on the plate for 7 mins and then sitting on it in a crossed legged pose for 7 mins makes my Plantar fasciitis pain melts away. I have flair ups of the pain that make it impossible to walk. Doing this allows me to walk without issues. Just one treatment early in the flair up makes me pain free for a week. If I use it when the pain is more severe, I have to do it consistently for a week. Love this machine.
