No cramping in my calves

Hi I received my vibration plate on Thursday and tried it Friday night I sat down and just put my feet on it and it felt funny at first but it worked because when I'm sleeping sometimes I stretch out and my calves would get cramps last night they didn't so far I believe this will help but we'll see in the next few weeks how good it works.im still figuring out the speed and programming wish me luck.
