I’ve been sedentary for veg 6 weeks due to surgery. I’m just now able to start back on exercising. I sat on the mini waver for the first time tonight. It felt great. Increased circulation, soothed the aches in my lower back, revitalized my legs. I’m looking forward to beginning regular sessions, working my way up to challenges!
