Chose this waver mini over many other vibration plates and do not regret it! First off great quality, it feels like I'll be able to get use of it for a very long time! Sleek and easy to lift and move into a different room if I need to. You just can't go wrong with a brand that offers lifetime warranty!

Waver mini vibration plate

I have been using the waver mini every morning the past several days on the lower speeds for lymphatic drainage and can already tell a difference in my overall morning stiffness. By starting my day out right I have also noticed an improvement in my overall mood as well. Definitely would recommend to all of my friends!

I purchased this because I wanted to work on blood flow and lymph circulation. I was interested to know the other benefits as well. The unit is very sturdy and seems well bit. I am slowly incorporating the bands and different exercises. I have also been using it with my 3yo doing proprioceptive exercises together

This machine is just amazing…I use this machine every night before getting ready for bed. I feel refreshed and often get in my infrared sauna blanket after using my vibration plate. This is a great combination !! My body feels great afterwards.
