After the first use I noticed muscle soreness. A good indication that muscles are being used.

This is a great machine

I got this machine 3 days ago. I have been using if twice a day since I got it. It feels amazing when I am on it 15 minutes goes buy so fast. I love the different program setting.
I have started on the lower program. I did poo,po1 p02 p03 so far. Looking forward to more programs on machine and to start doing different exercise with it.
