This is a great product! It is not only good for circulation but to help me exercise my arms. I can watch TV while on my plate. I don't dread using it either!

This is my first time using a vibration platform. It is very different and is taking a bit to get used to. Just standing and doing a few arm exercises for now, so cannot give a better review at this time
