This is as good as the one that I have been using at a fitness facility. Only it’s smoother operating and quieter. It might be a”Mini” but it’s plenty big enough for me!!

I’ve had my vibration plate for almost a month now. It has offered me great benefits so far. It helps me relax sore muscles from working out, it helps me jump start my day giving me more energy. It also helps with digestion! I will continue to use daily as a supplement to my ongoing exercise and healthy diet regime. Thank you!
