Love the mini waver plate! It's easy for me to move around the house and use where needed. I love the versatility of standing, sitting, or other exercise methods. I'm a women's show size 7.5 and it feels like there is plenty of room for me to space my feet out. The preset programs are a nice way to ease into using and the bands that come with it are great added benefit.

I made this purchase after trying my daughters . This is intended to help improve my balance and mobility . My stroke affected my right side of my body . I've been through 3 months of outpatient therapy , hoping this will give me more improvement . Just received it today and did my first session . My walking feels more natural right after stepping off the vibration plate. Will inform progress later upon more sessions .

The wavermini is awesome! It’s built very well and sturdy , love all the programs and options. I have tried several levels on the mini and they have given me a workout, looking forward to moving up in the programs and reaping the benefits!
